DCP is a privately held entity, and as such is not subject to the “freedom of information act”.  All information regarding its members, participants, and partners is held in the strictest of confidence, and is not shared with the general public.  Internal information shared with and between its members, participants, and partners, and or any consultants should be treated in the same manner.
